Lead specialist, orthodontist

The lead specialist at Grosvenor Orthodontic Clinic is orthodontist Dr. Keith J Pearson (DOrth RCS Eng). He has travelled extensively studying orthodontic techniques in Europe, North America, Australia and Japan.

Dr. Pearson graduated as a Dental Surgeon at the Royal London Hospital Dental Institute in 1970 and after a period in general dental practice returned to post-graduate study. After obtaining a Diploma in Orthodontics in 1975 he held the post of Registrar at the Eastman Post-Graduate Dental Institute and later the Royal Hants. Hospital.
 He was Chairman of the British Orthodontic Society’s General Orthodontic Services Committee for a record 6 years and was largely responsible for the negototiation and implementation of the new NHS Orthodontic Contact introduced in England in 2006.More recently he was the Chairman of the Orthodontic Specialists Group representing all UK  Orthodontic Specialists and a Trustee of the British Orthodontic Society.He has also served on the Ethics Committee of the British Orthodontic Society.
Now a full time specialist orthodontist, he is married with two sons and a daughter and lives in Beckenham, Kent.

Outside orthodontics he spends his winter holiday skiing whilst in the summer is often to be found walking and climbing in the Italian Dolomites, Swiss Alps or Austria.He has also been spotted on the terraces at the Emirates Stadium wearing a red and white scarf!
